Tenants/Occupants are required to make at least 2.5 times the monthly rent. (For example, the gross household income must be at least $2500 for a home that rents for $1,000 per month.) All verifiable household income will be considered.

Applicants with credit scores between 550-649 will be considered but at a higher deposit. Applicants with credit scores below 550 will be denied. Please do not apply.
Applicant must have minimum of 2 years of rental history or 2 positive rental references.

For self-employed people, we will need the following proof of income:
Two years of your most recent tax returns
Last 3 months of bank statements
